Levi's needed to consolidate five regional commerce platforms onto a single Shopify Plus architecture with localised checkout, multi-currency pricing, regional inventory pools, and a shared loyalty programme — without disrupting live trading.
We designed a single-store, multi-market Shopify Plus architecture with Markets-driven localisation, a dedicated middleware layer for OMS and ERP, and an edge caching layer for Core Web Vitals. Rollout was phased market-by-market with shadow traffic tests for every release.
